About Us
True Compass Consulting provides direction and effective solutions to our clients and for their business and IT goals since we began in 2009. Our focus was to assist enterprise and SMB private sector clients in navigating what we saw were the primary challenges many firms looking to scale face each day.
All too often we knew that the IT and business sides of many companies did not always have clarity in aligning to solve IT and business issues. Process and systems may not align or looked like they aligned on paper, but not in practice. In addition, as a trusted third party, we often were able to observe other process and technical disconnects that were hindering client success.
We saw our opportunity to assist clients make sense of those alignments and IT and business process alignments, and provide necessary additional services to enable clients to move faster toward their goals.
From business process consulting and strategic staffing to offshore software development, True Compass Consulting is there to assist our clients on their journey, and to keep them going and rowing in the right direction.

With over 25 years experience in Business Development, IT, Sales & Marketing Executive Leadership Roles, Steve is a pragmatic visionary with a track record of performance as a leader of sales, software developers, staffing recruiters, and consultant teams. Steve is an energetic, fast paced, fun, innovative high-level solution finder who is known for analytically identifying and building solutions with high adaptability and client goal attainment.
