True Compass Consulting provides direction and effective solutions to our clients and for their business and IT goals since we began in 2009. Our focus was to assist enterprise and SMB private sector clients in navigating what we saw were the primary challenges many firms looking to scale face each day.
All too often we knew that the IT and business sides of many companies did not always have clarity in aligning to solve IT and business issues. Process and systems may not align or looked like they aligned on paper, but not in practice. In addition, as a trusted third party, we often were able to observe other process and technical disconnects that were hindering client success.
We saw our opportunity to assist clients make sense of those alignments and IT and business process alignments, and provide necessary additional services to enable clients to move faster toward their goals.
